During the SCCS Fun Day we will be visiting Brighton's own North Laine brewery where we will learn about the process of creating delicious beer.
The pub & brewery is located in the heart of Brighton's North laines, about 15 minutes of walk away from the Brighton train station, and offers a great space to learn something new, have a pint and get some delicious food. We will learn about what types of beers are made in Brighton and about the chemical processes that go on during brewing.
The tickets will cost £15 and will be available at the registration desk for those who have indicated their interest in the registration form.
There will be a few extra tickets available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The ticket will include the tour, a sampling board, a buffet lunch and transportation from the Falmer campus. North Laine will also kindly offer a discouted price of £3.20 a pint for all visitors.
